Making GearUp Accessible

We believe everyone should have the chance to experience the magic of GearUp Weekend. Our scholarship program helps make this possible by offering reduced-cost attendance for qualifying participants.

What’s Covered?

Scholarships cover half the cost of a 3-night camping registration. Recipients are responsible for providing their own tent, sleeping bag, and gear. Accommodation upgrades (if available) can be purchased separately.

Who’s Eligible?

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and active participation in the leather/kink community.

How to Apply

Send an email to registration@gearupweekend.com with answers to the following questions: 

1. What is your financial need?

2. What is your current involvement in the leather/gear/kink community?

3. What do you hope to gain from GearUp Weekend?

4. What do you hope to bring back to your community? 

Applications are confidential and reviewed by a small committee. Applications must be received by Tuesday, April 15 2025. Award notifications will be sent on Thursday May 1st.
